  3. I got halfway through this video and couldn't stand another second of it. These arrogant now it all fuckers have not predicted anything (unlike Schiff)and have less than zero cred. Their giggling and smirking just makes me want to reach into the screen and punch them square between the eyes. I can't wait until gold hits $3000+ and silver is $100+. The looks on their faces then will be priceless just like the gold and silver in my safe.

Whats the bet Schiff won't be invited back onto these shows when the SHTF. These pricks will be served large portions of humble pie.

  5. All of these TV programmes have a subtle underlying theme of propaganda. They are softening-up people to the idea of a new Gold Standard.

Eventually the "sheep" will start demanding a Gold Standard after they have watched enough TV and it has finally sunk into their thick heads.

The US will default and go onto a Gold Standard. That's my prediction.

  10. @georgesilver - I've been thinking the exact same thing about the MSM softening up the people in preparation for the return of the gold standard. When it all crashes howelse do the banks keep control? They are the ones that have nearly all the gold and the will use it when they lose their fiat control! My only concern is when they set the new rules will they ban us from owning it again?

  13. They are already confiscating our pm's through a voulanteer confiscation. Look at the lines at your local gold buyer. They will allow the price to rise so high sheep will be stupid not to convert their pm's into fiat. Why hold onto a relic when you could have 200$ for your grandmas ring to buy some new nikes.
All I know is by the time the sheeple realize that they should start stacking it will be too late. Watch out for that trap and hold until a real rainy day.

  14. I bought a used car from a Matson look-a-like, I bought it just shut him up!

Think of gold standard up ahead and the price at $20,000 (Silver $500). I think the market will be allowed price discovery to $20K such that we will volunteer to turn out PMS in at these prices to help Govs set up the standard. The Canadian Fed Gov has NO/ZERO/NADA gold so the only place to get it will be buying it from citizens. Ditto US Ft. Knox is empty so the PM will need to be bought too. Since the currency will be pegged at a $20K fixed price gold there's no point holding it. Win-win for everybody holding PMs. The only missing puzzle piece is a debt jubilee.

  15. Schiff is good on gold but some of his other ideas make him look like a fucking ass clown just like that stupid bitch on the panel. Unions are bad for workers? WTF? CEO's make hundreds of millions each, pay squat in taxes & the people who actually get their hands dirty are the problem? Unchecked, free for all capitalism is not the answer to these problems. Letting these large corporations and banksters do whatever they want off of our backs is fucked. What else does "take away some of these regulations" mean? Naked shorting until you're bailed out, credit default swaps, hiring undocumented workers when we have 20% plus unemployment of Americans? & fuck smokers that think they should be able to kill me right along with them. You want to slowly (or quickly for that matter) kill yourself don't do it in my face. Smoke or snort or mainline whatever you want at your house not where I eat or get shit faced & chase pussy.

  17. How the fuck does Schiff say he is for free-market yet in the same breath, say that Unions shouldn't be allowed? Unions were created because of free market conditions that were unsatisfactory to the workers at the time.

I've been in warehouse jobs that weren't unionized and paid just as well as a union job with high safety standards. There wasn't a need for a union in this situation because the employer was treating their employees with respect.

Meanwhile, places like WalMart are notorious for screwing around with their employees and hence the debate on Unions in Walmart has taken place.

Simply put, the creation of a Union is a free market feature when the employer has disrespected their employers. It's just another tool out there, but on the employee side instead of the employer.

Which is a good tool, because usually unions is a sign of bad company management.

  19. @ Everyone

You know what?! I just had another ephiphany. There is an ad to the right of this page, which is an ad for an upcoming Ke$ha concert in Vancouver. The ad has a picture of Ke$ha, dressed like a hooker in blue lipstick and clutching a sword. Her name is stylized wit a dollar sign instead of an S. Seeing this ad, while listening to that gutless smarm Matson, really shows how mangled our society is. The fact that this talentless hack called Ke$ha uses a dollar sign in her name shows that the dollar is truly useful only for:

    a) Ke$ha to show how awesome-cool she is.

    b) Wiping the dried crust off the walls and floor of a porno jerk-shack.

    c) Both.

The dollar is shit. Ke$ha is shit. Both must die. Phyzz is da shiz.

Really? I thought the Auto Industry was ruined because the management at GM were shit, hence why they couldn't make any good cars.

Look at Japan. They have unionized workers in the auto industry as well, and last time I checked, people would rather own a Japanese car over an American car. Are unions to blame here, or the management team?

These guys have been wrong so long, and nobody ever calls them on it because it's not what they say, it's how they say it. The financial media panders to a sound bite audience. It's almost like the host was telling Schiff, "hey don't bore me with facts, give me the bullshit will ya". Never mind that our money for 180 years prior to 1971 was tied to gold, and if the Dow was priced that way, we are looking at 10 year real bear market in equities. One of the worst of all time I might add. These dumb-ass media clowns kill me.

Why don't you start your own if you don't like the disparity of pay. Besides if don't like working for them leave and find something else you're free to do that.

I'm in favor of right to work States. You can negotiate with the company for your pay and benefit and if you don't like the working condition you can go somewhere else. Of course it's not ideal for uneducated barely made it out of high school non skilled workers.

    -----

Nice strawman argument there buddy, but I never said I wanted the workers to take over people's rights.

I'm arguing that if you are pro-free market, unions shouldn't be an issue since the free market allows people to do what they want as long as they don't harm society or others.

So if a group of workers want to form a coalition under one flag to have bargaining power, they should be allowed. Why should employers be able to practice the principals of a free market?

It would also be up to the employers to determine if they want to deal with unions or not. Again, looking back at Japan in the auto industry, they have unions all over the place but they are doing quite well when you compare them to the States.

Milk jugs over the years have been lined with it to keep milk longer, before refrigeration.. You Name it, Silver did it, for Thousands of Years ! Our forefathers used it to purify their drinking water.. God named four things Money, and Fiat wasn't one of them ! In the Bible, in the end times, Silver will be the Last money Standing! Gold will have been Corrupeted ! We in the know, know that is already going on... Even In the Very last days, Silver will be tossed into the Streets.. As the Bible says.. On Christ the Solid Rock I Stand, All other ground, is Sinking Sand ! But for now, Silver is the Play for Me !

    From Wikileaks:

    3. CHINA'S GOLD RESERVES

"China increases its gold reserves in order to kill two birds with one stone"

"The China Radio International sponsored newspaper World News Journal (Shijie Xinwenbao)(04/28): "According to China's National Foreign Exchanges Administration China 's gold reserves have recently increased. Currently, the majority of its gold reserves have been located in the U.S. and European countries. The U.S. and Europe have always suppressed the rising price of gold. They intend to weaken gold's function as an international reserve currency. They don't want to see other countries turning to gold reserves instead of the U.S. dollar or Euro. Therefore, suppressing the price of gold is very beneficial for the U.S. in maintaining the U.S. dollar's role as the international reserve currency. China's increased gold reserves will thus act as a model and lead other countries towards reserving more gold. Large gold reserves are also beneficial in promoting the internationalization of the RMB."

May 7, 2011 Beck; Osama Bin Laden may very well not be dead. Don't you think Bin Laden would have jumped on Al Jazeera next day to blow that out of the water?

Did the President really spend 200 million/day while on that trip out of the country?

He must have been confused about that war being waged by as many mercenary contractors as actual military troops. Get that oil boys. Granted Obama is sadly disappointing & dragging his feet on withdrawal but "Obama's war" come on. Baby Bush is a Saint that did nothing wrong for 8 years? There was that one thing where he didn't have enough Diebold voting machines tally the wrong votes so he had to be appointed by the Supreme Court. I happen to think that helping other people have a better life & not taking as much as I can ALL the time is more honorable. Remember greed is a deadly sin for all the Christians out there.

As for "all" union members being communists... That statement speaks for itself.

The reason Fox NEWS (not news, not fair & not balanced) is so popular is because there aren't enough alternatives. With the inability for opposing views it's easy to be mislead. Everyone on this blog knows how many sheeple there are out there.

Thinking that world domination in the interest (oil & rare earth minerals) of your country is patriotic couldn't be more ridiculous. If anyone thinks that the Constitution will be around forever is naive. This game is so rigged & that thing is just a piece of paper like the fiat in your pocket. Patriot Act anyone? Gun confiscation during Katrina. Even Iraqis can have 1 ak for protection. Where are the British & Spanish Empires? Romans, Greeks, Hebrews, Egyptians, Babylonians? They all fall eventually so it doesn't matter how patriotic you try to be in this day & age.

  67. Too easy? What, not reading the whole thing or skipping the parts that show you don't know what you are talking about?

These are paragraphs 14 & 15 from the article:

"Rare-earth minerals are used in areas as diverse as cell phones, hybrid car batteries, defense industries and wind turbines, and China accounts for 97 percent of production.

China has 30 percent of the world's rare-earth deposits, but the United States, Australia and others stopped mining their own a decade ago because it was cheaper to buy Chinese ores. Several companies now plan to resume production in North America and Australia."

China has 30% of the world deposits. But they have 97% of the production. Just because they choose to deplete their reserves faster than everyone else has nothing to do with the amount they have.

I ask again, where is that war? Why is the USGS there surveying? Are there no Afghanie geologists? Russians invade after doing geo surveys in the 70's!? Hmmmm Turkmenistan has the 4th largest natural gas reserves in the world behind Russia, Iran & Qatar. What is the easiest way to get it to India? By building a pipeline through Afghanistan and Pakistan. Deal was set up in the mid 90's with Unocal but fell apart when Taliban sided with Bin Laden over U.S. Embassy bombings in '98. Guess what... Now no more Taliban. And they have rare earth the U.S. can pilfer too; bonus!

  68. @Ledbedder - I agree with you totally. The issue with the union is they, along with other parasites feed at the public, taxpayer trough. I am a capitalist. Unions today are mirror images of the Socialist unions of Europe however that wasn't always true here in the states, but sadly they are today. Just ask the bond holders of Chrysler what they think of unions! I have never been able to bring people who are completely brainwashed to the truth as I see it. It is just like freedom or liberty, you must seek it out on your own and you must be willing to accept that most things you learned growing up in the US were lies. I'm still pissed about that by the way! Had to sell all my old fords, wife moved me to a subdivision and we now have kids. 69. I totally agree with GeorgeSilver. Forbes especially is outright calling for a gold standard.

The gold standard is the Rothschild Standard. The golden rule is that those who own the gold, rule.

Personally I support the United States Note, where the Mint creates the money interest-FREE. Kennedy got whacked after those red notes hit circulation for a reason. I also support the old school "Free silver" movement.

F**k the Fed's interest laden fiat that we have today, f**k the gold standard, f**k bitcoin, and f**k the cashless society, and f**k the Venus Project. All of those are anti-populist monetary systems.

I like Schiff's analysis on PMs, but I totally disagree with his royal-libertarian, blame "The State" for everything, corporate shill views. You guys should know that he is a direct decedent of JACOB SCHIFF, so that should raise some red flags on why I don't trust him from here to the street corner.
