  5. Master SGS, soow pleaze tell your humble students WTF iz going on with da mining shares? I lose money on the shares and break even with my Phyz. 0 sum game for me.

    Thx U, Master

I will give a full report on the miners saturday along with the new Junior pick. I thought it was Friday today...Im sure I'll get some crimex data tonight...

  7. The mining shares have been tremendously frustrating, but at some point the log jam is going to break and they are going to move higher.

As SIFO goes negative and effective lease costs go above LIBOR the silver shortages become self reinforcing. I have a very good feeling about May and seeing the silver price move dramatically.

If this plays out, mining shares will have their big move too.

  11. Have you guys read the latest BlackSucks' defense over SLV's trustworthiness? Major laugh, and, like lots people have pointed out, all you need to turn a wide spread rumor into truth is an official Wall St. denial.

  13. Anybody else notice that Friday to (including) Monday is a bank holiday... that is 4 days of suspended trading and loads of time to introduce new stuff (currency revaluations, margin hikes, new world order currencies ;-)

    I need a gun.

  15. Keep buying people. Price means nothing. Lets squeeze the fuck out of these bastards ball sacks until their eyes pop. I know its hard to justify $50 silver, but how will you feel when its $150/oz... or $1000/oz? $50 is still dirt cheap. I say fuck the dips. Just buy when you can, and hold tight. Oh, and yea... if you don't own a gun, get one soon. Shit, buy 3 if you can. Stock up on food as well, just don't tell anybody you wouldn't be willing to kill when SHTF.

SGS: Have a great weekend, get some rest. Monday is gonna be a clusterfuck.

  17. I took the advice I read on Coinflation when I first got in: buy what you can, when you can. If you have the fiat on the dip, hit it like drunk hooker. If not, be patient as you'll get one.

This past week has been crazy. Don't get used to the up leg and love the dip. Get long and never underestimate your enemy. Unfortunately, to stand victorious in the end, you might have to play by "their" rules for awhile. The shit always floats to the bottom.

  18. The Mogambo Guru has good advice:
    > Buy all the silver you can afford
    > Buy a safe
    > Buy a large caliber weapon.

He's still laughing after 3 years at the drunken chicken plucking the key board to print more money, print more money! Unbelievable.

  19. I think this site provides good insight to the markets and anyone who has taken advice has done exceptionally well...that said you ignorant hicks you talk about guns ever other word...get to a big city and see if you want it littered with guns here in Chicago. I can only assume you have something small somewhere else to like your big and tough having a gun. You jokers would last 5 minutes in Chicago with or without a gun.

  20. yes its funny how greedy people will give you their food and silver when they are dead .. BUY AN AK!

One of those Ignorant Hicks ! Chicago has been ruled by evil people for SOOOO Long, that you all just roll over and Put Up With It ! Geeez ! You AIN'T that Damn Tough ! lol BTW,, I have an Aunt that lives there.. Been there many times.. Everyone owning Guns, brings down crime ! Every time it's Tried !

  22. Crusso - rat-a-tat-tat

You bring your attitude to gun fight with a hick and see who walks away. You live in la la land if you think gun control is good for anybody but crooks and thieves. Those who have guns will keep what they have, those without guns will lose things they have to those with guns - That would be you CityBoy.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I would agree that gun control doesn't keep the guns out of criminals' hands. Just like drug control, only fools think these things can be controlled in a free society. If a criminal knows damn well he's gonna get his fuckin' face melted with 12 gauge buckshot, he'll likely go to the homeowner that has no weapons. Common sense shit here.... Like it or not, naivety will get you nowhere or dead.

Oh yeah, and Crusso's comment is exactly why I don't live in a city. Give 'em more guns and let them kill each other already. I could give a shit anymore. At least people in small towns and the country help and respect each other.

  24. As, an Seattle Liberal, meaning Jeffersonian Liberal, from my perspective, no one and I mean no one should be denied the right to bear arms, even those that our criminal justice "system" has deemed that they are no longer deserving of all their constitutional rights! If you think about what two rights " the system" takes away or suspend, they are the right to vote and the right to bear arms, why not the right to free speech, or peaceful assembly?

Now, this may upset some, hell others may agree, but most laws are crap and only succeed in the prevention of a citizen being free, come on rolling road blocks, drug task forces, driving with cell phone laws, spitting on the side walk, fucking ATF, WTF. I could go on and on, but you all get my point. At the heart of this is that government has become too over reaching and intrusive, and this is what is truly responsible for the condition we find our country and world in. I mean look at Nixon's and Reagan's drug wars, we still have drugs but we now have millions of people that have been disenfranchised, and incarcerated but the banks, weapon mfgs, the prison industry all have prospered because of government intrusion.

    Enough Said! Bullion, Bread, Bullets!

    ReplyDelete
  25. @malcom well put. I would only add:

"I mean look at Nixon's and Reagan's drug wars"

Those drug wars were meant to keep the price up.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I agree with you guys and I'm not even an American! In fact, I would stand with you in revolution based on what's right. The stuff Malcolm speaks of affects us all. I feel the tugging of a real revolution more and more these days, we only need some REAL leaders, and we need to always stand up for what we believe in.

    !HERE, HERE!!

We shall soon understand and confront the tyranny, that the founding fathers so eloquently warned us of! Now, please I beg you all forget the B.S. left right paradigm, in its current form it an artificial construct meant to distract the people, the wealthy have used this since Madison's days to confuse the populace. We must know our enemy and it is not your neighbor, though they may want some of the food your have stashed away, they are only uninformed and ignorant and hungry but alas they are not to blame for their future condition, it will have been the fought on our government 100 years ago!

  32. AB, I concur with your reply to me at 12:49:)

An observation to share with you all... In Canada we have this educational voting tool called a "vote compass".

    http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/canadavotes2011/votecompass/

It pegged me as a Liberal. This labelling is all semantics, don't kid yourself. It comes down to what we believe in at our core and if we're willing to learn from history and those that may be wiser than us.

  33. AB,
the problem with gun control proponents is that they see gun violence and think it can happen to them, when in essence gun violence only effects a small portion of citizens. So, their knee jerk reaction is the same as everything else more nanny state and government interference. Canadians have more guns per capital but less violence, is it really the guns?

Nite all, I have to now finish writting a paper on epidemiology, seriously!

  38. I'd like to tell everyone that the inventories at apmex are being depleted quickly. in google chrome you can modify the number of digits you are allowed to input in the form and thus cross the 9999 items barrier. Right now they're down to about 13k 2022 eagles, down from about 100k a month ago. Maples down to 13k from 30k, and the list goes on. I'm not sure they can restock right now. silver window closing fast, buckle up.

Same question as The Weather Unit...? The charts for Goldshark.com show silver and gold trading? Kitco charts are a bit scattered with flat lines and blips. I see silver almost to $48?

Got a crazy feeling something wild is going on. What do you know?

  47. OUR TIME HAS FINALLY ARRIVED

I purchased my first (2) 100 oz silver bars in 2002 for $4.52 an ounce. It is now a TEN BAGGER. I have to thank Ted Butler for that. I thought it would be industrial demand that would make the silver investment head toward the moon, but I then later found out about Peak Oil and silver manipulation.

I believe SGS may be right about a $500 price of silver. Eric Sprott believes we will see a single digit Gold-Silver Ratio. I plan on tradig some of our silver when it hits a 15-1 ratio and the next at a 10-1 ratio.

I have thought about trading in physical when it was at a high then buying back at a lower price, but I am glad we did not...and still hold onto our metal. Our average price we paid for silver is $8-$10 an ounce with our last purchase of silver eagles at $14.00 in 2007.

We sit tight now like a CHEAP MISER waiting patiently for the US Dollar to collapse. I have been rubbing my lucky ALAN GREENSPAN RABBIT FOOT a lot this week....and its paid off.

Here's to $50 silver on its way to $100.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Holy fucking shitbananas!! How the hell is silver at $47.58!!!??! I thought the market was closed?

  51. I'm guessing most physical orders from early this morning are going to be denied....some interesting opportunities online this morning. Most sites were quoting basis Kitco.

    ReplyDelete
  52. So, let's say, hypothetically, that the foreign market silver spot price goes to $49, and stays there all weekend.

What happens to the US spot price on Sunday night? Does it snap forward to $49? Or does it snap back to $46?

I'm talking about the APMEX / KITCO spot prices.

  53. SGS, how would you feel safer in downtown chicago than in your city in Canada. I was always under the impression the Canadians are nice gentle folk, who only want to ski and snowboard.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Chicago is populated with Americans, that's why people feel safer ther. Big Canadian cities are a melting pot of every ethnicity from around the would. These people bring their countries beliefs with them. Many people from foreign lands are rude and obnoxious and big Canadian cities are being over-run by them. I'm a Canadian, and every person I know that has been to Chicago has loved it and felt save there. Feelings aren't shared about Toronto.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Haha, hmmm...Don, although you might have first hand accounts about people in chicago. Don't fool yourself, Chicago is grimy. People DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT give a fuck about each other in Chicago. Its the city of crooks.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I'm a Canadian living in what has been voted one of the most livable cities in the world 3 years running. If the system does come apart like a soup sandwich EVERYONE will be a target, including you and me, it doesn't matter where one lives. One cannot generalize and deem Canadians "nice, gentle folk".

BTW, are we supposed to know when it's alright to start shooting zombies?

  58. Evil black rifles are pretty much a no-no in Canada. Cities full of backwards ass immigrants seem like a bad place to be when the SHTF. One the cockroaches run out of government cheese, they will eat anything in their vicinity. If the SHTF when you are in big city, GTFO fast with your guns, rations and shiny and hole up somewhere in a rural location.

    ReplyDelete
  59. @ AC_Doctor

Black rifles are not a no-no in Canada. Getting a Restricted PAL is easy. I think you'd be shocked to know how many people legally own AR-15s, etc. and know how to use them.

  60. DM, can you use 30 rounders or restricted to 10 round mags? I do think Canada is almost as beautiful as Alaska! If I went there, I would trade my 5.56mm in for .308. Big, mean animals in Canada :)

  61. I saw the dollar jump on oilbull's web site. It is my first time there. Where is oilbull pulling their data from? I'm not seeing it on Kitco's web site, either. I have this chart on my tab next to kitco's tab from now on. THANKS!

It looks like JPM might being using the dollar jump to sell short up there and then buy back when it drops back down in order to cover some of their shorts, a little each time until they can get their shorts in control. It seems to be why I'm still seeing volume and momentum in confirmation for silver's rise, which you would not use as short-selling signals.
