  1. WTF? Do these people have any brains? We shouldn't buy silver when in backwardation... stupid. I'm going for epic... 20minutes Blythe... Can you drop it like 3 bucks so I can double down?

  2. Yeah what happened to today's raid? My stink bids are getting mighty stinky!

  3. From Nov to now, I have a lot of fun trading silver related ETF. I got big ups and downs. Can we doing it every silver contract delivery month ?

JPM should have tons of silver short positions. We should be able to squeeze more out of them.

  4. No physical silver and you bid for the drop. You lost some money on that trade.

  5. no raid is BAD...they might have shaken enough longs to settle for fiat. FUCK sakes. Like I said, they may have a bottomless pit of money...cant do anything about this. Put both hands together...we need at least 7000 to stand for delivery...I know for sure some are standing...I'm wondering now if some turn coat motherfuckers just bailed...FUCK! You better hope your "Wynter Benton" pulls through, so far so good.

I'm angry b/c we need a comex default. Although this does fair well for an increase in spot. JPM may live another day.

    WTF does this even mean?

  7. LOL SGS do you really think the Comex is just going to blow up? The chances of that seem extremely remote to me since they have all sorts of ways of preventing it. If silver bullion becomes extremely scarce then I could see trading dwindling down to almost nothing since they have nothing in store to back it up with, but they aren't going to allow enough contracts to stand to bankrupt them. Someone would have to take them to court and even then there are probably legal loop holes that would let them off the hook. Plus the hedge funds can make a lot more money keeping the Comex in tact and extorting them every delivery month so it's not really in their interests to see the Comex fail.

If there becomes a sustained shortage of silver bullion then it may end up that the Comex is no longer used as a pricing source.

  11. Thanks: I like watching and listening to the Canadian Business News services. Much better than the screaming U.S. ditz blonds and "actors" just promoting their personalities. You actually have information worth listening to. This country down here is falling apart!

I'm not against the chart action today BUT until I see gold much higher I don't expect the breakout in silver that many of us are expecting. Although there is much increased buying of bullion today according to my sources and my sources are reliable ones. And yes there are some items that are getting more difficult to acquire.

I'm taking the entire weekend off starting NOW!!! See you Monday. Well, Sunday evening actually. :-)

  13. CNBC & BNN get the GOAT ENEMA AWARD

As I stated in a prior post about Mark Haines and his imbecilic questioning of Archer...CEO of Great Panther, the relentless backstabbing of GOLD and SILVER continues on both of these networks.

Anytime JAMIE "THE HOMEBOY" DIMON comes on CNBC and Erin Burnett gets to question him, she acts like a rock 'n role band groupie....just plain sickening.

I don't watch CNBC much at all, except at times when things are interesting. Today...though, I was tempted to throw a 10 pound SPIT WAD at MARK FRICKEN HAINES.

    SILVER +$1.28....WTG

  14. What does this nut mean by the "recovery" that's going on? When gas hits $4 the auto industry will be OK? Is he wacked? Where is this RECOVERY? Backwardation is right he is.

  15. Not sure yet...wont know for a while. By the price action, I'm going to say Blythe lives to fight another day. But I think we put a HUGE dent in the COMEX. Ifs not this month, May should be EPIC, as Im not sure where they will find the real stuff.

I'm going to pop off a few .40 rounds, be back later.

WTF happed today? I bet JPM bought all the positions out... Dammit!
I guess when you can have cash printed to infinity why not use it.
Blythe you made it by the skin of your teeth. See you in May.

  20. ok...I need ask this because quite honestly I have no idea who this is done, but I'd like to get in on it. I've been buying physical silver for a little while now and have about 600 ounces of Eagles and Buffaloes.

But I don't know anything about this paper trading you guys are doing. I don't have tons of cash, but how can I get in on buying one of these contracts so that I can rake in some cash from the wicked witch and use it to go buy more physical?

Any info is much appreciated! Thanks and thank you SGS!

  21. Save America1st: Don't get greedy and try and be a trader of stocks and commodities overnight. If you do have an electronic trading account from say ETRADE or SCOTTRADE (If you don't then get one). I would suggest only messing with IRA cash in these systems otherwise just take your "tons of cash" and stick half of it in hiding and the other half in more precious metals. Here's your best prices in the USA:
    www.suissegoldcorp.com
    www.tulving.com
    www.gainesvillecoins.com

You can do this 24/7 with these three dealers. Is there a dip coming? I wouldn't count on it.

  22. I have a question: If Blythe is forced to pay 30-50% premiums to those who bought long silver contracts, and wanting to take phys. wouldn't this set a new "de facto" price for silver. In other words, wouldn't the new price discovery now establish silver at Comex spot, plus 30-50%. Just wondering.

  23. Watchman...

I do have a trading account with Charles Schwab actually, and so have been getting in on small amounts of several miners which are doing well so far (been following BagOfGold forum on Kitco).

I definitely do not have "tons" of cash...wish I did, lol! That's why I posed the question...thought maybe I could do something to get in kinda quick and get out and make a few hundred or a thousand or something like that if possible to then buy more physical.

Not sure if that's possible or not...just hoped to find out what recommendations you all would have.

I guess I'm wondering how much it would cost and what to buy into etc.

I'm actually pretty lucky in that Gainesville Coins shop is like 5 miles up the road from me in Tampa, FL (Lutz actually).

I've been going in there for about the last month and buying whatever I can afford at the time. Nice not to pay shipping and no sales tax either!

Thanks very much for the info!

  24. Anon,

We have a two tiered market for precious metals right now. You have to PURCHASE in one (higher) tier and you have to SELL in the lower tier. What will you do when you have to purchase a silver ounce for $200 but you can only sell it for $50?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I went to the grocery store and after they rang up my groceries I said I would like to short my bill and buy it back later at a lower price.

If I took Blythe shopping do you think she would be able to pull that off?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Actually I have a confession to make here: I am short gold, silver and palladium right now. What do you think of that sheep?

  27. >> What will you do when you have to purchase a silver ounce for $200 but you can only sell it for $50?

Buy a crap load of bubble wrap...

  28. I'm short about 3,000 ounces (and even more) from where I'd like to be. Are you short too?

  29. watchman, I'm assuming because its Friday you are drunk, and the word 'short' you are confusing with something else.

Mr. SGS your blog is addictive here!

Did you group some nice .40 rounds earlier? You probably have silver bullets.

  32. Have you guys even considered that the counter parties to JPM shorts that are getting paid off might be wall street buddies. The money is FED money that the tax payer is (eventually) responsible for. Ben is using this (amongst several strategies) to spread cash into the system - just another tool to do so.

  33. Relax, just stay long. You'll feel much more comfortable in the future, while your neighbors and co-workers are complaining about $8.00 gallons of gas and $12.00 MickyD's value meals.

  34. Nice SGS...thanks for the BNN feed...might just start thinking about moving %10 of the portfolio to platinum.
