Mary Croft's calls from 2005...spot on. Enjoy.

I owe many of my early learnings of the PTB from Mary. I owe the fact that I have a $99,000,000,000 lien on my name. I owe a lot to her. I often keep in touch with her. Below you will find a lengthy pdf. The first few pages are blah as they are heavily weighted towards religion. Keep reading trust me. It gets to the point where you wont want to put it down. This PDF will change your life in some way or another. Enjoy. And I'm an expert at contract law, let me know if you have any questions as it gets intensely confusing, but when it hits you, its as clear as day and the words "Oh Boy" will be coming out of your mouth on every page.

Sorry, would love to but don't have the time.

  3. Summary: You are a slave to the system and Mary Croft thinks you can escape by appealing to some sense of common law. However, here in reality you are a slave. End of.

  4. SGS: I am only part way through this amazing piece of work - just wanted at this point to say thanks for posting it. I do also have a question (and if is answered further on, my apologies) that you may have some insight to:
If I were to have my birth certificate revoked (i.e., my birth unregistered), I wonder if I would, legally speaking, be therewith outside the reach of the State.
All:By the way, to others having a look at the work, suspend your derision regarding the 'religious' stuff at the beginning - I have read several of the authors / works noted in the beginning, and found them among the most useful things I've ever read.

  5. Unbeing: I have posted an updated version apparently that was put together differently than the first one. As far as the birth certificate, this where they get you...I have separated my 'body' from my corporate entity (my Upper caps name).

  6. What struck me was Unbeing's use of the word incites-v-insights. Mmmmm think about that... maybe

  9. SGS, the 407 Toll has been chasing a friend who out of the blue, 5 years later are looking for $1,200 for $200 worth of travel 5 years ago by her daughter. $1,000 interest over 5 years - Nice! (you get a better deal from the Mafia). Does these contract requirements (Mary-Croft) apply in Canada in order for this to be legal - certainly their is NO binding contract - just a damn invoice backed by the power of the Province and the MTO:

    1. validation of the debt (the actual accounting);
    2. verification of their claim against me (a sworn affidavit or even just a signed invoice); and,
    3. a copy of the contract binding both parties.

    Thanks, Mike

  11. I'd like to see this Mary Croft's credit rating.

Of course, she probably could care less. Credit score only matters if you want to borrow tons of money to buy a house or a car. Assuming you have a comfortable place to stay, and don't mind hitch hiking everywhere you go, who cares how many notices you get in the mail or how many phone calls you receive.

On the other hand, if everyone lived like this, we all would probably be running around in the woods hunting for our food with sharpened sticks.

Now that I think about it, what is the difference between what this woman does, and what most people do when they run up $50,000 in credit card debt, then declare bankruptcy? Her method seems to require a bit more effort. :)

It's all just words on paper. It can't physically make you do anything you don't want to do. Words written in CAPITOL LETTERS have no more real world significence than any other words. Borrowing money and not paying it back is inflation, just like QE2 is inflation. None of it would be possible if our money had any value at all.

  12. Thanks for posting this article. I am about halfway through and it really makes you think. The good news is it presents money as the debt that it is. It is very interesting how she has managed to use the resources, at OUR disposal, as weapons against the creators of the resources!! Brillant! The web she has untangled is complex, but it is worth learning about simply to better understand how the chains of slavery are actually put into place; then perpetuated. The courage to break the chains is encouraging and hopefully, will teach me that I, too, can break free. And this is just after completing, for the first time, half the article!! What will be garned from reading the entire piece!

  13. I am about half-way through. It is absolutely worth reading. The religious ideas are minimal and probably won't offend anyone.

If nothing else, I am glad to get this perspective on how the system works. I don't think I'll sign my name to a contract again unless I write it up.

  14. I'm halfmway thru. It's interesting, but I have to say I'm not sure I understand her philosophy. Is she just ripping people off? If I need food then I need to pay for it, money, a service etc. Is that not fair? I get that the banks rapemus and charge interest etc, but if she buys food and doesn't pay, the rest of us do in higher prices or the store just goes out of business...
What happens when she does her nursing job and the hospital pulled that on her and didn't pay her for her time?
    What am I missing!

  16. Ok SGS - i'm more than half way through. Some good stuff no doubt, but lots of confusing things about your name which make little sense. And now I can't really read on because clearly this bit:

"You are usually tricked into contracting. I heard of a woman who was charged with writing ‘badcheques’ and prior to sentencing was asked by the judge if she had anything to say. This is called,‘allocution’ and is the time for the ‘defendant’ to say what’s so. Unfortunately, most defendants fail to takeadvantage of this opportunity to set the record straight. She, however, told the judge, “With all due respect, Ido not accept your sentence.” The judge then said, “I sentence you to 25 years.” Again she said, “I do notaccept your sentence.” He called both attorneys, who were now visibly irate, to come forward. The judgethen asked, “Well, Ms. ... , would you think it kind of the court to sentence you to only 10 years?” Againshe said she would not accept his sentence. The judge's final words, to the dismay of the attorneys, were, “Ihereby dismiss this case and all charges are dropped.” He couldn’t do anything without her agreement. Thisis the power of contracts"

    simply isn't true.

  17. "simply isn't true"

Would you care to explain? Have you ever gone to court and refused to put you hand on the bible and not contract with the judge?

    I have.

  18. Simply is true: Most of you don't know the difference between acting "legally" and "lawfully". SGS is right about some of this. The legal system is set up to trap people unawares.

Someday I'll make it a point to meet up with SGS here when I can. Would like to chat with him in person about a few things.

I'll be in Canada in August. That is if there isn't any social unrest by then.

  19. Refusing to put your hand on the bible is one thing. Just refusing accept a sentence at the end of a trial seems a bit ridiculous to me. I'll make you a deal, if i'm ever in such a position I'll say those words - we;ll see if i'm ignored and sent to jail or set free immediately.

  20. Its a little more than that... not just one sentence. Keep reading.

  21. Ken,

You are missing the point. The entity that she "bought" the goods from was paid. She used "her credit" to do it. There is no requirement for to repay any debt because there is no debt. She is the creditor - not the debtor. In essense what she is saying is that there is no money trading hands at all anyways. All of it is simply an accounting entry. I'm reaching to understand this so correct me if I'm wrong - It is debt the bank owes you based on the way they buy, sell, trade the strawman and based on the true nature of money which is that that which we think is money really is not - it is debt.

I am about 3/4's of the way through and I like her spiritual stuff as well. I think seperating the spiritual from the legal/money talk is a mistake. You will miss the point if you do. Who are you? leads to question of What are you? which is essential to understanding what your place in the world truly should be. I am not sure that I agree with her outlook on real money (she seems sceptical of silver and gold as currencies)and competition but she is a woman and I am a man. As she states - perhaps the job of our wives is to show us as men another perspective? My wife did that to me last night before I sat to read this. My concern is always about money and the security of the household. Her concern is rarely about money and always about the nurturing of the household. What strange timing to have read Mary's book right on the cusp of this arguement. It has been like stepping through the looking glass. Incredible.

    Thanks for posting SGS.

Truth is you have always been free - just like the oppressors - you have always had a choice. That's all any of us really have are choices. To participate or not. To go or not to go. To stop or not to stop. To agree or disagree. Choices. To buy or to sell. To love or to hate. The list is endless.

The question we all have to ask ourselves now is how far is too far - when is enough, enough? Will we resist or acquiesce?

Time will present you with choices. You will make them. You will choose. You cannot rule another mans mind by force or make him think or choose anything he does not wish to because in the end we all have ownership of our own minds and our own lives. Even our own destruction is a choice. The question is - what will you choose?

  23. I'm confused. I'm about 20% of the way through. So what I'm gathering is I should just sign up for as many credit cards as I can buy a shit ton of phyzz with them and not pay the banks a red cent, and simply claim, sorry I never entered into a contract with you, please show me documentation of this or piss off, and go along my merry way.

  24. This is an awesome post. Thanks you very much silvergoldsilver. I started a new topic on this subject in the Conspiracy Theory section of Turd's forums. I want to see if there are others who have applied Mary's concepts with success, especially when dealing with the courts and government agencies. You silvergoldsilver, say that you have succeeded. Would you you please elaborate on your experience??

Regardless, thanks again for this excellent post and topic for discussion. Mary's book is awesome in its scope.

  25. The kind of knowledge in this book if known and understood by the sheeple would immediately transform this nation in such a profound manner as to bring down the EE overnight and cause "we the people" to revert back to a free country once again by default.

  26. OC15, please read the book all the way through at least twice. It takes a while to get it. I know, I struggled with many of this books concepts for years, trying to reprogram my self with respect to who I was in reality, naturally, and outside of the matrix. Once accomplished, it is extremely well worth it.
